Fantasy Life Rules
FL Constitution · 2026 Season

"Over time, some rules have stuck, while others have shifted and been adapted either by constitutional change, common sense, or league precedent; the push and pull of the Fantasy river, if you will, shapes the contours of how the FL Constitution is applied year over year."

— Jason Feder, Grover v. Feder Brief
How Scoring Works

Fantasy Life uses a rotisserie (roto) system. Each player drafts one pick per category. At any point in the season, all 13 players are ranked against each other within each category based on their pick's performance. The best-performing pick earns 13 points; the worst earns 1 point.

Ties are handled with RANK.AVG — tied players split the available points evenly.

On top of baseline roto points, certain categories award bonus points for specific achievements — championships, Grand Slam wins, Oscar wins, and so on. Bonus points stack on top of roto points and can significantly swing the leaderboard.
